Senior Project Manager, Learning & Development | Conduent (100% Remote | 2019 – 2020)
Successfully managed the complete lifecycle of learning development projects, including analysis, design, development, deployment, and evaluation, to deliver 60+ eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, video, and blended learning programs to over 1000 associates.
Project Lead and Product Owner | Fidelity Investments, Westlake, TX (2008 – 2019)
Guided the migration of 200+ online courses to a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). Applied an Agile Scrum framework to manage the development of an internal Content Management System (CMS) replacing two legacy systems, which allowed Performance Solutions to track all course materials within one comprehensive database.
Product owner for an internally developed Responsive eLearning Product and Video Solutions, and a key contributor to Performance Solutions initiatives that created engaging materials, identified and bridged knowledge gaps and skill deficits for new hire onboarding, compliance, and soft skills training.
Partnered with stakeholders to deliver eLearning to 5000 – 7000 internal associates. Consulted on all video projects within Performance Solutions, coached eLearning Developers, Learning Advisors, and Performance Consultants, and designed effective video-based solutions.
